2 oz Bourbon
1 1/2 oz Lime Juice
1 tsp Sugar
1 dash Bitters
In a shaker half-filled with ice, add the Sugar, Lime Juice, Bourbon, and Bitters. Shake well and strain into a frosted Collins Glass almost filled with ice. Top off with the Club Soda.
